Who we are

VectorCRM is a real estate CRM registered in Egypt and based in New Cairo, Cairo. Our registration numbers are at the bottom of this page. For any privacy question, email nedalelbaz@vectorcrm.tech.

This website

The website has a subscribe form and no advertising or analytics trackers. It remembers the language you chose in your browser's local storage. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address with that request. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser and time) to run and protect the site. The sign-in page sends what you type to our server only to check it, and it is not stored.

When you subscribe or contact us

When you send the subscribe form, we store your name, mobile phone number, role and any optional details you add (email, company, city, team size and message), the page language, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to stop abuse. We use these details to call or email you about VectorCRM and to set up your workspace. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply. We do not sell any of this or share it for marketing, and we delete it when you ask.

Customers

Data your company enters into VectorCRM (inventory, clients, deals) belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service to you, we do not sell it, and we delete it when you ask or when you leave.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email nedalelbaz@vectorcrm.tech and we will answer within 30 days.
